Night Owl Recording LLC can conceptualize, coordinate, manage, and execute the technical requirements of your next event, live or virtual, so you don't have to.

Through comprehensive event production management we utilize 3D design software to help envision your next event. Then we adjust to your group's unique parameters and budget, and prepare an accurate cost estimate of the project's entire production.

We can oversee every technical detail along the way, including:

Design consultation and conceptualization in either a physical space or across online streaming platforms in the virtual domain
Detailed equipment lists and technical signal flow diagrams
Venue and third party vendor coordination including all audiovisual, electrical, rigging, internet, streaming, exhibitor, and decorator
Technical staffing

We ultimately manage crew onsite and oversee Run-of-Show to ensure a flawless event for you and your team the day-of.
